Jeff grew up right here in Stratford, where he still resides with his wife and 3 children. Jeff started as an Automotive Technician almost 20 years ago, before joining Wendell Taylor's Garage in 2006. A few years later he moved into the role of shop foreman/lead technician before eventually purchasing the business in early 2018. Jeff has a passion for helping people and providing superior automotive repair and customer service as well as giving back to his community. Jeff's other passion is youth sports, and you'll often find him behind the bench, serving as a volunteer coach for one of his children's hockey teams.
Stacey has been part of Wendell Taylor's Garage for over 7 years and her warm smile is typically the first thing you'll see when you enter our facility. Stacey's favorite part of being a Service Advisor is helping people and ensuring people are driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Stacey lives right here in Stratford with her 3 children. She is an amazingly valuable part of our team, and plays a large part in keeping things running smoothly here at Wendell Taylor's Garage.
Scott is our longest serving team member here at Wendell Taylor's Garage, arriving as a young Red Seal Licensed Automotive Technician over 30 years ago! He's held many positions within the company and currently serves as one of our Service Advisors. Scott loves helping people and enjoys the great conversations he has with people every day. When he's not at the shop, Scott plays Tuba in the Second Chances Band. He also loves reading and vacationing in Cuba.
Ryan was born in Scarborough, Ontario and moved to P.E.I. in 2018 when he joined the Wendell Taylor's Garage team. Ryan and his wife, Brandy, run an animal sanctuary in Valleyfield with help from their 4 children. Ryan has been an Automotive Technician for over 20 years and has worked at a variety of different shops in Ontario, typically doing electrical diagnosis and repairs. His favorite part of his job is learning something new almost every day, as well as the opportunity to meet new people, hear their stories, and help them achieve the goals they have for their vehicles. Ryan is passionate about coaching youth sports, especially football, running their farm, Valleyfield Animal Sanctuary, and working on and servicing tractors and large equipment.
Clarence is one of our Volkswagen and Audi Specialists here at Wendell Taylor's Garage. Clarence has been working as an automotive technician for over 40 years, and takes a lot of pride in his mechanical abilities. He has many years of Volkswagen dealership experience and owns many VWs himself. Clarence enjoys coming to work and you'll usually see him sporting a big smile, and enjoying a conversation with just about anyone. When he's not at work, you'll find him tinkering with one of his cars at his home in Ebenezer.
Mark has been working in the automotive trade for 43 years and has experience in smaller shops as well as larger companies and dealerships. Mark's favorite part of working at Wendell Taylor's Garage is the 1 on 1 interaction he has with customers and the fact that his focus can be on the customer and not just the car. He feels the customers are more like an extended family than at other shops he's worked in. Mark lives in Argyle Shore with his wife Darlene, his dog Heidi, and his cat Whiskers. He enjoys doing renovations, flying light planes, riding his motorcycle and walking the beach at home.
Jacob is a huge part of our positive culture at the Wendell Taylor's Garage. Jacob was born in Charlottetown, where he still lives with his fiancé, Kaylee. He's always had interest in all things automotive and took all the automotive classes he could in high school before completing the Automotive Technology course at Holland College. He started with Wendell Taylor's Garage while still in high school helping out during the summers and has been a full time team member since he completed College 2 years ago. Jacob prides himself in being able to take a car that doesn't run right or work like it should, and meticulously making that car drive and operate just like a new one. He loves the outdoors, cycling, and RC cars.
Nina lives right here in Stratford, with her husband Jeff, and their 3 beautiful children. Nina serves as the bookkeeper at Wendell Taylor's Garage and has been in that role since 2018. Nina's passion is her family and almost all of her free time is devoted to spending time with her children or cheering them on at the hockey rink.
Craig was born in Charlottetown and currently lives with his wife, Kellyanne, and their 3 children in Johnston's River. Craig graduated the Automotive Technology course at Holland College over 20 years ago and obtained his Red Seal as a licensed Automotive Technician shortly after. Craig specializes in diagnostic work and troubleshooting difficult vehicle issues and his favorite part of his job is solving electrical and drivability issues for our clients. When Craig isn't making your vehicles run like new, you'll find him driving his kids to a hockey rink or a ball field, or even on the ice playing hockey himself. His favorite spot to relax is at the family cottage in Murray River.
Matt has been with us off and on for around 7 years helping around the shop, keeping things clean and organized and doing odd jobs. Matt is currently enrolled in his second year of the Automotive Technology program at Holland College and is at the shop part time as an Automotive Apprentice Technician. Matt's Uncle, David Mutch, owned the shop for a period before passing away, and Matt has always considered Wendell Taylor's Garage to be a huge part of his life. Matt is a hard worker and is already an important part of our team. He loves coming to work because it "never feels like coming to work". Matt lives in Mount Herbert with his Father and Sister. He loves working on cars, and enjoys drawing, playing guitar and exploring Charlottetown in his free time.
