At Wendell Taylor's Garage, we understand that what's going on in the world is scary. Every time you turn on the news or open your phone, you're seeing more and more cases of COVID-19, and it's concerning.
We want you to know that we share your concerns, but the fact of the matter is, this is an event and it is not forever. We will get through this together. Now, we know you need your car, now more than ever, to be ready to go. To be safe and reliable. We also want you to know that we value the safety of our customers, or staff, and our families. We want you to know that we've increased our sanitation efforts both at our facility, and in your vehicles.
We are using a disinfectant cleaner to sanitize our entire front office and waiting area 4 times a day, on a strict schedule.
We are disinfecting items that are handled often by our customers and staff after every use. This includes credit card terminal, phones, door handles, pens, and lots of other supplies.
Once we are in your car, we're wearing gloves, using seat covers and floor mats, and giving every car an extensive wipe down of all high touch areas when we are finished. This includes steering wheels, door handles, gearshifts, rear view mirrors, and more. After ever car is complete, we're even running an Ozone generator in the interior, free of charge, just to make sure.
We also want you to know that all of our employees have been told to stay home if they feel ill. We have an incredible sick policy and above average payed time off. They will be looked after and we don't want to take any chances. The health of our team is of the utmost importance to us.
